Your responsibilities will include: Generate invoices and process sales orders promptly and accurately. Coordinate installation schedules and liaise with relevant teams. Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues. Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information. Support the sales team in administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: At least 1 year of corporate sales experience in a relevant industry. Minimum diploma or above in IT/Business/Marketing or a related field. Strong background in sales or business development with a proven track record in selling enterprise solutions. Experience in selling IT services and/or solutions such as network/system infrastructure, network security, managed services, and maintenance support services. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to build executive-level relationships and effectively engage decision-makers and key influencers. Independent, resourceful, with strong analytical and communication skills. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, works well under pressure, and is committed to achieving targets. Candidates with zero or less working experience are welcome to apply, as you will be considered for a junior position, with training provided.
