Job Description


\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of Sales Administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all sales administrative documentation process of property is duly and promptly completed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure prompt instructions to prepare SPA, liaise with SPA solicitor; and up-date sale, SPA and loan in IFCA system to generate re-noticing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement procedure / SOP on new implementation for work procedure and new task assign to team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops and implements new work methods and procedures of the SSC; recommends procedural changes to improve SSC efficiency and ensures appropriate implementation of decisions made by senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviews and monitors SSC-related services to identify trends and problem areas, reporting on risks, key performance indicators and proposed corrective action or new approaches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishes quality control mechanisms such as client surveys, periodic data quality assurance reviews, error escalation procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans and develops SSC communication strategy and capacity development; develops procedures and guidelines for use by the SSC customers in order to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency and accountability and to sustain and increase public awareness of SSC core activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and liaise with others third party and departmental on problem solving, new procedure and improvement on workflow. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement automation process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in signing approval form for any changes of ownership in property such as cancellation, add name, change name, change unit and including forfeiture sum and refund sum. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees and responsible in issue out any reminder or cancellation letter to purchasers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees and responsible in checking refund payment list, legal fee and commission. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare management reports for Management information and decision making. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance/advice/on the job training to staff in term of Sales Administration knowledge including legal aspect and general procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertakes any other ad-hoc tasks/assignments as directed by the Management.
