Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/Sales/Secretarial or equivalent.
Minimum one year of working experience in an administration position.
Experienced in Clerical/Administrative Support, Sales Operation, or equivalent is essential.
Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Oral & Written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
Organized, focused, and detail-oriented person.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and documentation to Sales Team. (Sales Confirmation, Sales Orders, Invoice and Delivery Orders)
Handle all related sales documentation
Attend to sales inquiries from call, all walk-In customers, provide consultation and services to walk-in customers.
Liaise with customers on delivery and logistics matters
Assist in generating and preparing the necessary sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
To handle daily sales activities (prepare quotations, check quotation, follow-ups, and maintain good customer service).
Respond to customer inquiries, phone calls, requests, etc.
Perform all other tasks assigned by Superior.
