Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong coordination, report writing, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Willing to travel for exhibitions (including overseas).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations, price letters, and sales-related documents.
• Update product sales data and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with production and logistics on delivery and inventory.
• Liaise with customers on delivery and documents.
• Assist in preparing materials for overseas exhibitions.
• Daily update of production volume and internal sales reports.
