Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

a) Accountability

Achieve the targeted number of file conversions within specified timelines. Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry to minimize errors and delays. Coordinate and follow up with sales personnel and agents to ensure timely submission and completeness of required documentation. Follow up and raise payment requests for fees absorbed by the developer, in line with the agreed sales package or promotion.
b) Supporting Actions / Activities

Ensure timely handover of complete files, such loan obtained, Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) stamped and balance payment paid. Ensure all booking forms and supporting documents received from the sales team / site are complete and accurately entered into the system. Liaise with sales person, financial institutions, and solicitors pertaining to the file status and to ensure agreements are arranged and prepared without delays. Prepare payment requisitions upon fulfilment of relevant criteria.

Job Requirements:

Possess Post Graduate Diploma of any field. Minimum 2 years' working experience in related field. Knowledge & experience in IFCA developer's system. Independent, pleasant, attitude, initiative and productive. Willing to work in Jalan Sungai Besi.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
