We are looking for a Sales Admin and Coordinator to assist the Sales Manager in administrative tasks and help manage and coordinate sales operations within our company. This role is suitable for candidates with
minimal experience
who are eager to learn and grow in a sales support environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound enquiries and set up meetings for Sales Consultants to conduct product demos.
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities to pass to Sales Consultants.
Handle enquiries via calls and emails professionally.
Collaborate with Sales Consultants to prepare quotations and proposals.
Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports.
Take customer feedback and share it with the support team.
Prepare quotations, invoices, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and other documentation.
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements:
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
