JOB DESCRIPTION: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle administrative and clerical duties to support Sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Sales team in preparing quotation, reply client\'s email and follow up with clients\' on potential orders \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle incoming emails, faxes and calls, direct callers to appropriate staffs in pleasant manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform data-entry, recording, monitoring, printing and filing duties. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
