  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.xe2x80x8b

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.xe2x80x8b

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle sales inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure follow-ups before and after sales.
  • Provide support and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Track and prepare sales reports, monitor performance, and provide insights.
  • Liaise with the accounts, project, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
  • Assist in sales-related administrative work and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
