Job Details

Position: Sales Admin
Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000
Working Days: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) | Saturday (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Location: SW-03-38 Cova Square, Jalan Teknologi, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our client's growing team in Kota Damansara.
This role involves handling client communications, managing leads, and driving sales growth through strong relationship-building and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

1) Engage with potential clients through phone calls and convert leads into successful sales.
2) Manage and track the progress of all assigned leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
3) Provide regular updates to the founder on sales performance, client feedback, and potential improvements to the sales strategy.
4) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
5) Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to refine sales tactics effectively.
6) Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on business goals and promotional strategies.
7) Provide valuable feedback and suggestions for improving the company's sales approach based on client insights and market research.
8) Attend face-to-face meetings with clients to negotiate terms and close deals when required.

Requirements

1) 1 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
2) Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
3) A team player with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
