Job Responsibilities: \xef\xbb\xbfProvide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying. Maintain office supplies for department. To provide overall support and assistance to the Sales and Directors in the office. To arrange shipment documents, packaging, receipt and delivery of goods and services and the processing of the associated documents. To assist in the general administrative duties in the office, including the answering of telephone calls. To provide service to any other tasks that may be assigned to you by your superior or the management from time to time. Arrange and coordinate with technical team on daily work schedule. Job Requirements: \xef\xbb\xbfA minimum of A- Level or Diploma in Business Admin / Marketing / Information Technologies / equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
