Job Description


  • Concentration in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Receive and process sale orders by submitting into the sales system.
  • Check the accuracy of orders and verify orders, including customers\' personal information.
  • Examine the accuracy of the Sales and Purchase Agreements and other relevant documents to the sales.
  • Contact and liaise with customers to obtain missing information or answer enquiries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records from time to time.
  • Expedite sales orders through internal and external liaisons.
  • Prepare and generate monthly sales reports to identify business trends and insights.
  • Key connector to Sales Processes including updates received from other division including Finance, Customer Service, Marketing.
  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
