Provide administrative support to the sales team (order processing, data entry, invoicing)
Handling incoming sales inquiries and orders from customers
Maintain accurate records and databases related to sales activities
Generating basic sales reports to support the team's performance
Ensure proper filing and matching of sales documents
Fostering strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service
Assist with ad-hoc requests regarding purchases and sales
What we're looking for
Candidates with at least
2 years of experience
in a sales administrative or related role,
aged 40 years and below
, are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good problem solving skills
Knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
