Job Description


  • Motivated, committed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High mobility and able to travel with own transport
Responsibilities
  • To involve and support sales and marketing event as and when required
  • Provide support to sales team in the preparation of sales IT & documentations prior to launching
  • Liaise with account department internally for issuance of invoices/receipts and other accounting related documentation
  • Close monitor of aging and sales conversion with internal sales team
  • Prepare analysis on sales performance and monitor performance improvement plan
  • Timely preparation of weekly sales reports, and sales conversion report.
  • Handling of travel and accommodation arrangement of sales team, including flights and hotel reservations with itinerary when necessary
  • Provide administrative support to sales department
  • To undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Superior / Management from time to time.
