High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in Mandarin and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with RM systems, preferably Salesforce
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing and sending out quotes and invoices, processing orders, and updating customer information in the database.
Manage the sales team\'s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and prepare agendas and materials for sales meetings
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals
Provide customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Operations, and logistics to ensure efficient communication and coordination of sales-related activities.
Assist in maintaining accurate sales data and generating reports on sales performance and customer trends.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager.
