Job Details


- Serve, communicate, dealing and closing with customer via Whatsapp 
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationship with customer 
- Expedite the resolution of customer problem and complaints 
- Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcome 
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments 
- Maintain contact list and follow up with customer 
- Keep tracking, manage and submitting sales report to the leader 
 
Skills 
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills 
- Highly persuasive and encouraging 
- Self-motivate, passionate and hungry for sales 
- Willing to learn new sales skills and product knowledge 
 
Qualification & Requirement 
-Experience: 
Min. 6 months of working experience in sales or in any related fields 
- Qualification: 
Possess at least SPM/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Dipl
