- At least 1 years working experience in related field
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with English averagely is an advantage
- Looking for a stable and permanent job
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Perform daily routine data entry, customer invoice, purchase invoice
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries

- Manage to align communication between customer and Service Advisor
- Maintain office supplies for department
