Proven experience in a Sales Admin, Sales Support, or Administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Prior experience in the automotive, e-commerce, or related industry is a plus.

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, processing orders, and maintaining CRM data.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support regarding sales-related matters.
Coordinate with various departments (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Prepare and manage sales contracts, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and update sales team on stock availability.
Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and client communications.
