Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Assist Sales Advisors with basic admin tasks (documentation, filing, data entry). Support Sales & Marketing team with simple tasks such as preparing forms, updating lists, or printing materials. Handle basic showroom duties like organising documents or arranging samples. Follow up on tasks assigned by the supervisor promptly. Maintain cleanliness and order of workspace and office materials. Perform any other task given by management.

Qualification and Skills:



- High school diploma or equivalent (required); a degree in a related field is a plus.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles is preferred.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
