Fresh graduate or 1-3 years experiences in data entry or related field.
Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Logistics/Secretarial/ Office Management/ or related field.
High level of English.
Tanggungjawab
Assist in Sales and purchasing department to communicate and negotiate with customer related to PO, PI, DO, quotation etc.
Check data accuracy in all documentations related to sales.
Manage and follow up haulage arrangement and ensure prompt deliveries to the receiver or custom.
Maintain and update data entry of weekly sales report.
Continuously update forecast sale and delivery cost analysis every month with the department leader.
Assist in manage preparation monthly sales closing to advisor.
Assist in preparation for importation clearance.
Assist in administration job task such as provide utility invoices collection for payable purpose and perform stock take on office supplies and make sure no shortage is happening.
Skill: Teamwork, hardworking, responsible, negotiation, honest, able to meet tight deadline and high attention to detail.
