Job Description
- Preferably possess at least 2 years\' experience in IT industries. However, no experience is accepted as well.
- Willing to participate in training.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skill, and organizational skills.
- Preferably able to speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Must possess own car transport with valid driving license.
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for sales transactions.
- Monitor profit margins and optimize pricing strategies.
- Assist sales team with the preparation and organization of sales documentation.
- Conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and profitability assessments.
- Manage and respond to inbound emails promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate outbound email communication, including sending proposals, quotes, and other sales-related correspondence.
- Manage sales orders efficiently and accurately by coordinating with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
