Job Description


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and switch your focus effectively.
Responsibilities

You will play an important role in: * Supporting sales in preparing quotations/tenders in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of proposals for sales warriors.
  • To fill in full details of products, suppliers and specifications to be shared over to the purchaser.
  • Requesting of drawings from R&D for customized products.
  • Track all sales invoices and generate reports for the sales manager.
  • Setup of showroom and welcome board for visitors during their visits.
