Job Description



Assist in tracking orders, delay schedule and stock availability. Handle customer inquiries and provide support. Check stock availability with suppliers and arrange deliveries. Arrange collection of goods from the supplier. Support the sales team in achieving targets. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Assist in preparing daily sales reports and other simple reports as needed.

Job Requirement



Diploma or Degree Business, Marketing, Administration, or any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Good communication and able to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented, organized, willing to learn and take on new tasks. Able to handle admin tasks, data entry, and willing to assist in sales support, order processing, and customer service tasks.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
