Manage the end-to-end administrative process, including preparing quotations, confirming orders, and updating delivery progress.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and general information across all communication platforms.
Assist with stock monitoring by performing routine inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
Coordinate daily tasks with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and administrative documentation for smooth business operations.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2-3 years or more years of working experience
If have Logistics or Hardware Industry experiance added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
