Provide support to Sales division all administrative duties including preparing quotation, purchase order, booking and billing reporting.
Performing basic office task, such as filling, answering phones, delivery arrangement.
Assist in preparing and coordinating the product training / demonstration, exhibition by Sales division to customers or dealers.
Maintain and update sales and customer records in timely manner.
Assist in brochure printing, door gifts searching and etc.
Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required.
Requirements:
Possess at least STPM / Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
Proven experienced sales administrator.
Married women or single mom who wish to return to work after leaving employment for more than 6 months between the ages of early to mid 30s are welcomed to apply.
Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral and written. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Must demonstrate high level of initiative, team spirit, follow-up skill, multitasking skills, communication skills, strong character and ability to deal with all levels of people.
Willing to work beyond working hours when needed.
