As the Sales Administrative Assistant (Contract) at The Makeover Guys, you will support our Consultants and project team in achieving our mission of enabling people to enjoy better homes. Your role will focus on handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth documentation flow, and keeping processes well organized. You will play a key part in improving the team's efficiency and overall output. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!
What You'll Do:
Assist Consultants with paperwork, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain and update project records and files accurately
Ensure all necessary information is properly uploaded and organized in internal systems
Support the team with scheduling, follow ups, and basic coordination tasks
Additional ad-hoc tasks
Who You Are:
Fluency in English is a must!
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience in administrative or coordination roles is plus!
Working Arrangement:
Office-based. Work closely with our Business Unit Manager and Consultant.
Employment Terms:
1 year contract with possibility of renewal or conversion to full time permanent employment; depending on availability and performance.
