Salary:
RM2,000 - RM3,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders, invoices, and sales records.
Provide customer service (in-store and online).
Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Monitor stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
Handle supplier communications and documents.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM (Diploma or higher is an advantage).
Experience in admin, retail, or customer service preferred.
Good communication skills in BM and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Tanggungjawab:
Mengurus pesanan pelanggan, invois dan rekod jualan.
Memberi khidmat pelanggan (di kedai dan atas talian).
Menyokong pasukan jualan dengan tugasan pentadbiran.
Memantau stok dan memastikan rekod inventori tepat.
Mengurus komunikasi dan dokumen pembekal.
Kelayakan:
Minimum SPM (Diploma atau lebih tinggi adalah kelebihan).
Berpengalaman dalam pentadbiran, runcit atau khidmat pelanggan diutamakan.
Kemahiran komunikasi baik dalam BM & BI.
Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Teliti, teratur dan boleh mengurus pelbagai tugasan.
Mesti boleh bekerja hujung minggu dan cuti umum.
