Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration, Accounting or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle basic customer inquiries and provide follow-up support in a professional manner.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across departments (sales, finance, and technical support).
Entry-level candidates are welcome, as training will be provided.
Previous administrative or sales support experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Interacts with existing customers primarily by phone and email to promote renewal support services.
Prepare quotations and Performa invoices to customer promptly.
Prepare Purchase Order based on requirements.
Assisting on the Grant Documentation.
Assisting implementer on registering Peppol ID with customers
Handle recurring billing to customer (InvoiceNow, Seamless Filling, Cloud Solution)
Keep track on the payment received and request license for sales person
Other admin related task and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
