As an Automotive Sales Advisor, you will represent the dealership by assisting customers in finding the right vehicle that matches their needs, preferences, and financial capacity. You will guide customers throughout the sales process--from the initial inquiry to test drive, financing, and final delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally and enthusiastically.
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features clearly.
Assist customers with loan applications and insurance options.
Ensure proper documentation is submitted for booking and loan processing.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with service and delivery teams to ensure vehicles are in top condition before handover.
Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to build lasting relationships.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the Branch Manager.
Create informative digital content (videos, posts, and customer stories) to help prospective buyers better understand offerings, features, and long-term value.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in automotive or related sales roles
Passionate about different automotive segments, particularly EVs, with up-to-date knowledge of trends, technologies, and industry benefits--an added advantage.
Proven track of content creation for social media.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of car financing and insurance is an added advantage.
Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
