Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a neat, professional appearance that leaves a great first impression. Present and demonstrate vehicles clearly, highlighting key features to engage and attract buyers. Arrange and lead test drives to provide an excellent customer experience. Explain financing options and complete sales paperwork accurately. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Work closely with marketing, finance, and service teams for smooth customer service. Stay updated on new vehicle models and industry trends. Participate in sales events and promotions, confidently engaging customers both in person and on camera.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Clean, polished, and professional appearance at all times. Self-driven and able to work independently and with the team. Friendly, outgoing, and naturally able to attract and engage customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable and confident being on camera during promotions or online content. Own transport and valid driving license. Charismatic and customer-focused mindset. Automotive experience is a plus.
