We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department by providing efficient administrative support and maintaining accurate records.

  • Self-motivated with high integrity, highly committed and able to work independently
  • Skills in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate.
Tanggungjawab
  • Perform general office duties and errands
  • Assist the salesperson in coordinating events & sales documentation.
  • Prepare training materials, attendance list, certificates and training documents for HRD Corp program application & claims
  • Sourcing for event gifts & venues
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records (Data Management)
