Job Description


  • At least Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or an related field is often preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is often required
ResponsibilitiesSales Support:
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials
  • Manage sales documents and contracts
  • Track sales performance and create reports
  • Visit sites for support and learning, etc.
Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about products and services to clients
  • Update customer records, etc.
Coordination:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Help organize sales events and trade shows, etc.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage emails and calls, process expense and sales reports, etc.
