Bachelor's Degree in Biotech, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a Science-related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, pharma, GP clinics, and/or medical devices.
Able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
Sales-driven and eager to expand their own connections and network.
High-level communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 80% of the time within the region to develop the market.

Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services.
Implement the local go-to-market product marketing strategy and all marketing activities.
Monitor, evaluate, and report competitive market conditions. Provide insight for openings to market and sell our products and services.
Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions, and competitor data, and define appropriate forecasts and plans to improve the value proposition to customers.
Research, develop, and execute strategies to identify market opportunities. Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets, and/or new products into new markets.
Implement proactive business development activities and generate project pipeline opportunities, including customer visits, technical presentations, project specifications, demonstrations, and webinars.
Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs.
Manage and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting the overall business plan.
Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyze and recommend actions based on the status of individual customers or groups of customers.
Create and present sales performance reports. Organize and support sales and marketing reporting.
Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market. Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Work with other departments to determine effective solutions for customers.
