Job Description


Job Responsibility To promote and sell company s products to its full market potentials in the assigned territories and sectors and establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers. To handle key accounts and expand customer base to increase customer counts. To maintain good rapport with customers by providing support, high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trends. To work closely with the marketing team/regional sales office to promote products and services. To continuously explore new business opportunities and market potentials to increase market shares. To expand business with existing customers by promoting new products or through a sales strategy. To responsible for customer enquiries pertaining to quotation, product, sample, registration, shipment, visitation and payment term. To maintain accurate information of documents and be responsible for providing forecast quantity with the purchasing team. To suggest price reviews based on feedback from customers. To maintain the filing of agreements and contracts signed with customer including facilitate the agreements and contracts discussion with customers. To monitor and follow up payment collection from customers. To handle customer visits, meetings, and transportation/hotel room booking arrangements. To organize and hold effective sales presentations. To involve in the preparation of exhibitions and attend exhibitions both locally and overseas. To follow up and monitor any back order from customer s order and ensure the warehouse and purchasing team with the good arrival date. To send new pricing to customers and update the latest development. To gather accuracy of initial production of new items via sighting the production process. Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business/ Marketing or equivalent from a recognized institution. Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply. Sales negotiation techniques and selling skills, problem solving skills, able to handle distributor and customers complaints. Good in presentation skills Proficient in words, excel, power point and power BI. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is a must due to handling international market. Able to frequent travel and adhoc project to international regional offices and exclusive country distributor office.
