We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking)

to join our Hospitality Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our hospitality services, including accommodation, events, food and beverage, and other offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector (corporate clients, travel agencies, MICE, leisure groups, etc.) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and site inspections to showcase our offerings. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs. Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts. Work closely with operations, events, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

Preferred Knowledge / Qualification / Experience

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, F&B, event venue, etc.). Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of hospitality services and guest expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
