To serve new and existing clients that been assigned in their needs in food testing.
Interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about lab testing and monitoring services.
Assist Business Account Manager in maintaining and expanding company relationship with customer.
Issue quotation and process customer orders in timely manner.
Interface effectively with laboratory and operation department to ensure that work order completed in time or delivery as scheduled.
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in any field preferably in food, science, microbe.
Candidate with experience in Food processing, Laboratory testing would be added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as On the Job training would be provided.
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
Applicants must have own transport and visiting client sites within Johor when required.
A team-player who is resourceful and able to work with minimum guidance and under stress.
Willing to work over-time when there is target/ timeline to meet.
Dynamic, target-oriented and organized with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
