- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years sales and marketing experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in RM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.
- Knowledge of construction and concrete technology is a plus.
- Mandarin speaking is a MUST
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote ready-mixed concrete products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by monitoring performance and adjusting strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Create marketing campaigns and promotional materials to promote products.
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities and collaborations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Gather and utilize client feedback to improve products and services.
- Salary range: RM 5,000 - RM 10,000 per month.
- Additional incentives: Sales commission, travelling allowance, and profit sharing.
