- Good command of English and Mandarin language. Both verbal and written.
- With sales experience preferably in retail / jewellery industry / luxury brands
- Possessing knowledge in E-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or STPM certificate.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is an advantage.
- A positive and respectful attitude towards everyone
- Strong initiative to learn and have an interest in mechanical watches.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport
- To provide excellent sales & customer service in retail shop and digital sales channel
- To jointly develop a digital sales channel in accordance to the company\'s direction
- To handle customer\'s enquiries professionally
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
- Assist in digital channel\'s content marketing
- Assist in daily operations
- Monitor the marketplace to understand market prices.
- Attractive sales commission package
- Training and mentorship is provided
- Working in a like-minded and youthful team
