Job Responsibility Understand and communicate the features and benefits of products and services to potential customers Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling appointments Providing customer service by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints Maintain relationships with existing clients and customers, providing exceptional customer service to ensure retention and repeat business Preparing proposals for new business opportunities and managing existing accounts Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and catalogue Coordinating events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, or product launches Collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes Developing and executing marketing strategies for specific products or services Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a coordinated and cohesive sales and marketing approach Track shipments and update customers if there are any delays Update and distribute materials regarding our products and promotions Update our social media and digital price list Assist with inside sales Schedule meetings and arrange travel details Responsible for booking venues, travel, and lodging arrangements for sales team Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field 1-3 years professional experience in sales or marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Communication, organizational and time management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Knowledge of SQL preferred but not required Experience with customer relationship management ( RM) software Experience with graphic design or web design Experience with social media marketing Familiarity with market research tools and methods Great interpersonal skills Ability to learn and understand about software, specifically in the business intelligence, print and process management markets Able to build relationships with a wide variety of people.
