\xe2\x80\xa2 To meet the monthly sales target set by the Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 To visit the travel agencies, schools, corporate companies, event organizers (potential clients) etc. as advised by the Management on new promotion/campaign. \xe2\x80\xa2 To build excellent rapport with travel agencies, corporate clients/event organizers to encourage new and repeated business opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via sales visits, meetings, telephone calls, and emails. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect market intelligence to understand local customer & market habits (demographics, psychographic analysis) to increase effectiveness of local activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct periodic marketing research on target market, population, nationalities, competitors share, customer satisfaction level, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To represent the company brands at any show-round, meeting or event working as an ambassador for the Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi, reflecting the company values. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive communication of verbal and written correspondence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prompt follow up for all sales leads by phone, email, social media, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prompt write up of sales report, minutes of meeting and take action immediately. \xe2\x80\xa2 To identify new business opportunities and Execute sales action plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research, analysis and written reports on competitor\xe2\x80\x99s product and sales strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in sales meeting with General Manager and propose new strategies and promotion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct Cold Calls to corporate clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle and assist on all events and bookings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain a customer database, sales & promotional materials \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide up-to-date details on special promotions, new and existing packages. \xe2\x80\xa2 To disseminate information, events, promotional activities, etc. to all staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge for an online travel agency, or OTA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create a monthly sales analysis report.
