Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / diploma or equivalent experience in Agriculture / Sales & Marketing / Business Development or relevant field
Have at least 2 - 3 years of working experience in related fields.
Excellent understanding of sales & marketing concepts and best practices
Pro-active and ability to give ideas to improve the marketing functions and increase sales.
Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply
Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and strong leadership.
Preferred languages in: Mandarin* / English / Bahasa Malaysia
Willing to travel (company will provide vehicle).

Responsibility

Sales & Business Development on specific areas.
Customer Management to maintain close businesses.
Develop marketing plans on respective area to improve sales.
Frequent travel to and sometimes into farms for monitoring trials, and evaluation for new product performances.
Submission of reports.
