Key Responsibilities

To achieve sale KPI set by company
To develop sale growth & customer/ Account development
To effectively plan, execute and review sale & promotion activities
Understand the customers business and drive business relationship
Chain, market and competitors analysis/ JBP for business development when necessary
Perform other administrative works duties as assigned or required
Monitor and track sales achievement vs target, on a week, month & YTD analysis
To ensure delivery, tracking of sales volume & sales fundamentals are achieved
Manage collection hygiene

Requirement/ Qualification

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree
At least 1-2 years of working experience with good knowledge of FMCG Sales \xe2\x80\x93 MT & GT or equivalent at key account sales management
English / Bahasa/ Chinese
Able to work with minimal supervision. Self-initiator
Strong Analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to communicate with both internal and external customer
Ability to multi-task and good team player
Capable of generating reports and presentations using MS Office
