- Call potential clients to expand their customer base
- Explain the features of various policies
- Analyze clients\' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Handle policy renewals
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Help policyholders settle claims.
