• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG industry.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement and relationship management.
• Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and online sales platforms, is preferred.
• Ability to analyse market trends, develop strategies, and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work location: Puchong Selangor

Responsibilities

• Develop and create compelling marketing materials to effectively communicate the benefits of Hapicura products.
• Manage product listings and sales performance on online platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimised for visibility and conversion.
• Explore and strategize for the expansion of Hapicura's presence on overseas online platforms, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
• Utilise digital marketing tools such as SEM and social media advertising to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to online stores.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Executives to support broader marketing and sales initiatives.

Performance Metrics:

• Contribute to the achievement of online sales growth targets.
• Improve digital marketing metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR) and engagement, as per business objectives.
• Support the overall marketing strategy by enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.
