Job Description

Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and marketing activities of the Laboratory Equipment nationwide and overseas.
Scheduling appointments and meeting existence customers in order to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current products.
Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company products and services
Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking and cold-calling.
Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personnel selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.
Continuously updating all prospects on Company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
To provide monthly sales report on ongoing projects and prospects.
To conduct market research on competitors' markets and activities with the view to compare, plan and execute effective sales strategies.
To handle customers' inquiries. Prepare professional customer proposals and quotations and provide necessary sales follow-up and after-sales service.
Responsible for payment collection based on the term's agreement.
To understands the company's products and offer better and thus develop their market position.
To explore and develop new products to further expand company portfolio
Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales.
Aggressively following up on business opportunities.
Develop and maintain after-sales support for existing customers and new prospects
To educate customers on the company's product features, benefits and performance of equipment, etc and site visits, presentation, and equipment demonstration.
Effective planning to conduct sales presentation by meeting customers physically on regular basis.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a professional Degree in any Science discipline.
Must have at least 2 years of working experience in sales (machinery/ laboratory equipment related industry) .
Flexible in traveling outstation and overseas, possess own transportation.
Independent, multi-tasking, resourceful, self-driven, result-oriented, and possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
