• Assist the sales and marketing teams in executing various campaigns and initiatives
• Support lead generation efforts by conducting market research, identifying potential prospects, and maintaining the lead database
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales and marketing teams
• Assist in tracking and analyzing sales and marketing metrics, preparing reports, and providing insights to the team
• Provide administrative support, including managing email correspondence, handling inquiries, and maintaining files and records
• Help prepare sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and sales collateral

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles and tactics
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data and generate insights
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role is preferred
• Good in both written and spoken of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 2 to 4 years of working experience
