Job Responsibility Enhance the company\'s brand through the implementation of digital marketing strategies and continuous improvement. Devise marketing plans that encompass the creation of a comprehensive marketing mix, aiming to secure a competitive advantage. Conduct research and establish meaningful connections with strategic partners. Regularly assess the sales performance of regional areas through comprehensive reviews to ensure the attainment of sustainable growth targets in alignment with agreed-upon business plans. Expand the business by acquiring new clients and fostering the growth of existing ones across all channels. Formulate strategies to attract new customers and enhance market influence to increase the share of market. Establish additional channels in the regional market by engaging with car dealers, pursuing fleet opportunities, and securing government contracts. Conduct research and cultivate partnerships with strategic allies. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, offering feedback to the management team. Deliver assistance and post-sales service to customers, providing education on the product portfolio and available services. Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by management. Job Requirements Experienced candidates/ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in business development may be sufficient. Fluent in Mandarin as the role involves interactions with Mandarin speaking customers.
