Full Job description
- Manage traditional marketing, digital marketing and social media platforms to generate leads, new patient traffic, promote brands, drive consumer engagement.
- Lead the entire customer service chain department to improve customer service standards and manage patient dissatisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth
- Build brand equity and become the eye care provider of choice for patients and partners
- Network and grow market share among insurers, third-party regulators and corporate clients
- Good PR skills
- Some social media experience is advantage (Facebook posts, website, Google Ads and etc.)
