Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in market research activities to identify potential customers and market trends. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the sales team in lead generation, including cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help develop and maintain customer databases and CRM systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and insights. \xe2\x80\xa2 Aid in the creation of sales and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the marketing team to manage social media accounts and create engaging content. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing metrics, providing reports and recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the team in customer relationship management, including responding to inquiries and providing assistance. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, human resources or a related field (or recent graduate). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with diverse individuals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous experience in sales or marketing (via coursework, internships, or part-time jobs) is preferred but not required
Provides service to clients\xe2\x80\x99 changing insurance needs by selling life, health, and disability insurance. Establishes productive working relationships with clients. Develops base for long-term sources of clients. Compiles lists of prospects. Determines clients\xe2\x80\x99 particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments. Ascertains clients\xe2\x80\x99 long-term goals. Develops a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation. Communicates with adjusters. Obtains underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage. Completes coverage by delivering policy, planning future follow-up visits, and evaluations of needs. Provides continuing service by providing direct deposit forms, processing changes in beneficiary, and analyzing policy loan applications. Provides death benefits by delivering policy proceeds and reassessing client needs. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
