Job Description
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) is required. Qualifications in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) / Diploma in Automotive / Diploma in Business Management or Engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales-related software and CRM systems.
- Work Location : Jalan Kuching, Kuala Lumpur
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and offer appropriate product/service solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry; filing; and document preparation.
- Other ad-hoc activities by HODs
- Attendance Rewards, Bonus and Uniform.
