Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including communicating and providing exceptional customer service, sales training, and sales management. This position is located in Shah Alam. Qualifications Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication Strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers Proven sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Experience in providing effective sales training to both new and existing staff Strong sales management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team Highly organized with excellent time management skills Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the construction industry or Electrical & Electronic Engineering sector is a plus.
